The bracelet broke the first time I wore it. Emailed and dm I was told a replacement was being sent. Reached out a few days later for a tracking number was told they would send it when they get it. Two weeks later still no tracking number nor a bracelet.

First my package actually came in earlier than expected so started out great. But once I actually was able to wear my bracelet I was in love. Nice fit for my small wrist and dainty just how I like my jewelry. I was asked if I was wearing a certain higher priced designer. Obviously I said no but that just tells you how high quality the jewelry is. I definitely plan to get the matching necklace and maybe a few more matching sets in different colors.
